What is the test about?
Blood Pressure Measurement
Blood pressure shows how hard the blood pushes against artery walls as the heart pumps. It’s measured using a cuff around the upper arm and given as two numbers, such as 120/80 mmHg. The first number is systolic (when the heart beats), and the second is diastolic (when the heart rests between beats). This helps detect issues like hypertension or other heart conditions.
Blood Sugar Measurement
Blood sugar is the level of glucose in the blood and is measured by pricking the finger and placing a drop of blood on a test strip. It’s an important test for identifying or managing diabetes. Normal values are usually between 3.8–10 mmol/L. Monitoring your levels helps detect early signs of imbalance and supports long-term health.
Get a Health Check Feedback
After your blood pressure and/or blood sugar check, you can have a short 10-minute health consultation. A healthcare professional will review your results and explain what they might mean for your health. You’ll get a quick overview, discuss any next steps, and ask questions – with full focus on your individual needs.
- Optional Body Composition Measurement
We also offer a quick, non-invasive bioimpedance test to measure muscle mass, body fat, and hydration. It’s a great way to track your body composition over time.
